Privacy Policy

EigenSoft (a sole proprietorship operating from India) takes data minimisation seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message text. Submitted via Formspree, which forwards them to us.
• Newsletter subscriptions — email address only. Stored with Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe via the link in every email.
• Purchases — for product purchases via Razorpay, we receive your name, email, and a payment reference. We do not see card numbers, UPI IDs, or netbanking credentials.
• Server logs — anonymised request logs collected by AWS CloudFront (timestamp, country, user-agent). Retained for at most 30 days. We do not run client-side analytics scripts.

What we do not collect

• Cookies for analytics or advertising. We don't use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or any tracking SDKs.
• Third-party share buttons that fingerprint you.
• Any data from inside our products. AutoStamp PDF runs entirely offline; nothing leaves your machine.

How we use it

Contact and purchase data is used to fulfil the request you made — to reply to your message, deliver a license key, or provide support. Newsletter emails are used only for the newsletter you signed up for.

Sharing

We share your information with the following processors, only as needed to operate the service:

• Formspree — contact form submissions.
• Mailchimp — newsletter list management.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• AWS — hosting (CloudFront / S3).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@eigensoft.in with the subject "Data request" and we'll respond within 30 days.
