Refund Policy

Software products
If a product we sold you doesn't do what we said it does, write to us within seven days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no support tickets — just an email to hello@eigensoft.in with your order reference and a one-line reason. We'd appreciate the reason but it isn't required.
Refunds are processed via the same channel as the original payment (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for USD once available). They typically arrive within 5–7 working days.
Consulting and training
Refunds for consulting and training engagements are governed by the statement of work (SOW) signed at the start of the engagement. Standard terms include:
- Full refund of any unused retainer balance, prorated to the date of cancellation.
- For training: full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the cohort starts; 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before; no refund inside 7 days.
- Fixed-scope projects: refund of any work not yet started; work-in-progress is billed at the agreed rate.
Chargebacks
Please email us before raising a chargeback. We are a sole proprietorship; chargebacks are expensive and time-consuming for us, and we'd rather just refund you. We have never declined a refund request.
